性能：
本產(chǎn)品以血清1：40左右為抗原，雙相擴(kuò)散1：16～32。   
抗IgG對(duì)r鏈特異，抗IgM對(duì)u鏈特異，抗IgA對(duì)α鏈特異。
注意事項(xiàng)：有少量蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)塊析出不影響使用。未融化或融化未經(jīng)搖勻的血清禁止直接放入高溫水浴內(nèi)加溫。減少血清重復(fù)凍融。血清在室溫或4℃冰箱內(nèi)放置過(guò)久會(huì)影響促細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)效果。
